I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hyatt Place Pune Hinjewadi, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff, setting the tone for a fantastic evening. As I was celebrating my birthday along with my family.
The buffet spread at 24 Galaxy Cafe is a culinary masterpiece. Each dish is a work of art, carefully crafted with the finest ingredients and bursting with flavor. It was a true gastronomic journey.
But what truly sets the hotel apart is the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all of us felt valued and well taken care of especially Rohit, Shreyash and Akshay. They were attentive without being intrusive, and their knowledge of the menu was impressive. They provided excellent recommendations and were genuinely passionate about the food they served.
The ambiance of the restaurant is also worth mentioning. It strikes the perfect balance between elegant and cozy, making it an ideal place for a romantic dinner or a special celebration.
It's an experience you won't forget!
Special Thanks to the manager of the Hotel Mr. Swapnil. Who came to meet us during the celebration also arranged for a cake and welcome drink. This made our evening so special.

Finally after going through all the mixed reviews, we decided to visit this place and experience their dinner buffet.
🔸Ambience - A very Sophisticated, calm ambience. Pefect if you want to have a peaceful dinner time away from all the loud places.
🔸Staff - Staff were polite, helpful and ready to serve us.
🔸Buffet Dinner - They serve limited starter ( 2 Non veg and 2 veg) , but we loved whatever was served in our platter. The dishes were fresh, hot and tasted delicious.
There were salad , fruits counters, live chat and pasta counter.
Main course had lot of varieties. Good options for Veg and non veg gravy. Rice and Biryani was pipping hot. Hot and fresh roti's were served on our table directly from their kitchen.
Deserts - Again limited variety in desserts too like cake, pastries,Ice cream, Gajar ka halwa etc. But their Kheer was toooo good. The best kheer I ever had.
🔸Hygiene - 5/5 for hygiene. They have open kitchen and well maintained.
🔸Overall Rating - Overall we had a very good experience. Both family wise and food wise. I would give it 5/5.
It was a pleasant visit with my family there .The buffet was nice and had a variety of options. The main course section was also good.
Staff were really polite and professional.service was also fast. What can be improved is the taste of dessert .Overall had a nice experience.
